Welcome to Czech House, a charming two-story holiday home built in 1920 and freshly renovated in 2017 and 2025 to offer you modern comfort with a touch of history. Located in the picturesque village of Sudoměřice u Bechyně, just 18 km from the historic town of Tábor, our house is the perfect base for your South Bohemia vacation.

What makes our location truly special? Right behind the house begins Černická obora, one of the oldest nature parks in the Czech Republic (established in 1880). It's an ideal spot for morning walks, cycling, mushroom picking or simply breathing in the fresh forest air.

Whether you are planning a family reunion or a trip with friends, our house offers plenty of room for everyone. The entire property is fully fenced and private, providing a safe environment for children and secure parking for your cars.

Spacious Living: Over 180 m² of living space spread across two floors.
Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge), a cozy living room, one bedroom, and a bathroom with both a tub and shower.
Upper Floor: Three additional bedrooms, a second living room, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Relax in the Garden

Enjoy summer days in our large, well-maintained garden (1,200 m²).

Private Pool: Dive into our 3.5 x 7 m outdoor pool (available from June 1st to October 1st).
Outdoor Living: Fire up the stone grill in the seating area for a perfect BBQ evening.
Storage: A lockable garage is available for your bikes or sports gear.

Stay with Us

We offer accommodation for groups of up to 11 people, with a minimum stay of one week. We believe in transparency and comfort, so our price is always "all-inclusive."
