Golf
Our house is located 2 km from beautiful Golf curse Bechyně and therefore is perfect for golf players or people who just like to learn how to play for affordable price (trainers speak English or German). You can find detail information about the golf curse as well as possibilities of the golf learning at the official side of the Golf Club (www.golf-bechyne.cz). If you’ll like to learn how to play golf during your vacation, I recommend you to contact the Golf Club and set the lessons before your arrival. In case that 9 hole is not enough you can also visit 18-hole golf course (length: 5800 m) in city of Hluboká nad Vltavou (36 km from the house).

Spa and Wellness in surrounding cities
Because of the vicinity of the city of Bechyne (6 km), well known for traditional spa treatment (by using natural peat from the nearby moors), our guests can use variety of spa services.

If the offered services are still not enough, or if you like to explore other cities around, I would recommend you trip to city of Trebon (approximately 45 km) (www.mesto-trebon.cz). Local spa is famous mainly because of heeling mud, used above all for treatment of the motional illnesses.

Bike riding
For small fee (see pricelist) you can rent a bike and enjoy near vicinity and beautiful nature from the bike-seat.
Please advise us before arrival about bikes you will like to rent.

Mushroom-picking
Surrounding forests offering paradise for mushroom-pickers especially during the August and September.
Unfortunately I cannot give you any detail map of the sure location, but in case that you will like to get some more information about mushroom-picking you can visit www.houbar.cz (unfortunately just in Czech language).

Tenis
In vicinity of the house you can find plenty of the tennis courts (in case you will be interest you can find locations in "The Info Booklet" in the house), but interesting is also the summer tennis school of the formal Czech Tennis Representative Martin Damm located 35 km from the house.
Horse riding, Walking
Most of the information about active vacation we mention in our "Info Booklet". This booklet you will get once you come in our house.

Swimming
On our back-yard you can use the new pool (installed in 5/2007) size 7,5x 3,5 m.
